Day 20

Another good start to the week.
They formed up well over half the re-bar for this next concrete pour.
My guess is by Friday they will be pumping in concrete... right on schedule.

Day 19 - End of Week 4

Well as they finish up week 4, and bout 1/3 of the project, I have to say I am very satisfied with Bay Concrete.
They are moving along as quickly as their schedule show, and appear to be going a great job.
Today they worked on waterproofing, and prepping more sections of the old foundations for new concrete.

Day 18

Today they started to work on the forms for the next section of the foundations.
Tomorrow should be Re-Bar.



















They also created a little privacy for themselves.

Day 17 - Final Excavation

Well there was some healthy progress today...
I would say about 95% of the excavation has been completed.
The Bob Cat returned today and made short work of the remaining sand.

















And a little dry rot for ya...
Luckily, all the dry rot we have found so far is only on wood that is getting removed or replaced.

Day 16

Not to much today...
The next sections of the adjoining foundations were demolished and more shoring was added.
I think the Bob Cat will be back shortly for the final excitation.

Today they stripped the forms from the first concrete pour, and moved the shoring to begin preparing for the second foundation pour.
