I know, I know… It’s been a month since my last post.
Well the lack of posting means progress with working.
It has been nonstop insanity since Bay Concrete wrapped up.
As of right now the electrical is about 95% roughed in, the plumbing should be all but wrapped up by the end of this weekend, and we still have all the ductwork to do.

So… here are some pictures to catch you up from the last time I posted.







We pulled up the old flooring in the bathroom because it was in such bad shape








We dropped the ceiling for the new living room about ½” to make it perfectly level
